I
have been an autograph and card collector for well over 50 years.
My grandfather instilled in me a love for baseball and the cards
in a 10ยข waxpack enthralled me as a youngster growing up in the
quaint Upstate New York Catskills village of Livingston Manor.
After college, a stint overseas in the army and thirty years
as a teacher, a coach and principal, I retired in 1996.
Opening a small collectible store in my hometown is a dream come
true. I have been here now for several years and, though my customers
are loyal and very supportive, store traffic must be supplemented
with more outreaching ways to create operating revenue.
Thus, this new website is an attempt to interact, network and
create more business in order to turn my retail store into a profitable,
ongoing business.
